Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the whole organization, from recruitment, to payroll, time management, performance reviews, talent management, life events, and vendor feeds, etc.

Pros

  • Implementation-- provided clear step by step instructions on how to make the implementation seamless. If anything would have derailed our implementation, it would have been our own fault. Ultimate made it very clear what the expectations were and how to achieve success.
  • Organization- They know what they're doing. They have great resources available and tools to help you.
  • Share ideas--it's great that they offer a place for us to share ideas and then actually take consideration of these requests.

Cons

  • Payment services. It's a little confusing how it's so separate from the rest of the product and that it feels a lot of information is duplicated. I also don't like that we can't access the same reports that payment services uses to reconcile our taxes.
  • Work better in Chrome. I don't like that BI and the customer success portal don't work in Chrome.
  • It's a little annoying that some of the modules don't work the same as core. Specifically recruitment and onboarding, their functionality doesn't have the same feel. I still like all the capabilities, but you can tell that it's a separate module and not part of the product.
  • The pop up windows. I hate that they don't pop up to a size that allows you to see all of the content in the window. I don't like to scroll side to side. Up and down is acceptable.
I think UltiPro would work for everyone. It's very diverse.
