Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
It is being used by the whole organization. We are slowly adding more to it, but currently we use it for hiring employees, maintaining employee files, time and attendance, and company forms.
- It's really easy to use. Having something that is easy to use makes it an easy transition from something else.
- The ability to hire someone online. Going from hiring off of paper applications to hiring electronically makes things quite a bit easier.
- Posting requisitions. You can post a job opening and it goes directly to your online job board without having to email or call someone to post it for you. This is a really awesome feature.
- I honestly can't think of anything that needs improvement.
