Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Ultipro is used by our HR department. Our entire organization has access to the Web Portal for information. We use it as our main HRIS and also use recruitment, performance management, and will be using UTM starting in April.

Pros

  • Great support for all things, main database, BI, ACA, etc.
  • BI reporting is wonderful, great information at your fingertips and those of your executives.
  • Ulti has the most robust product around, great HRIS and always improving on the additional modules.

Cons

  • The recruitment module is behind the times compared to its competition (e.g. SilkRoad, iCIMs).
  • Every customization costs additional money, having the ability to customize some especially on our own would be nice.
  • Although I know it is due to volume, turn around time on projects is lengthy.
UltiPro is a great all around product. If you are looking for one stop shopping for your HR software, this is the product.
