Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We currently use UltiPro for timekeeping, core hr/payroll and benefits (life events and open enrollment). We also purchased the talent/performance and compensation modules, but have not yet implemented these yet. HR/Payroll/Finance use UltiPro as administrators and the entire organization uses it to view their employee record, pay statements and timekeeping (if applicable). We chose UltiPro because it was an all in one solution that was able to automate a lot of our previous manual processes.
  • The system was very configurable and we were able to track and report on a lot of new information that we were not previously able to.
  • The learning center provided valuable resources for our team for training and documentation on how to use the system.
  • The timekeeping module is difficult to use for administrators and users. It is less intuitive than other systems that I've used in the past. We require our hourly employees to take lunches, and the template would be easier to read if the entire day was on one line.
UltiPro is well suited for clients that are ready for change management, has executive buy in and is ready to automate and change a lot of their current processes. It's less appropriate for clients that have data issues or does not have standardized requirements to plug into the system.
