Overall Satisfaction with Vainu

We've been using Vainu for prospecting and identifying and finding companies that match our ideal customer profile and are the likeliest to convert.

Before Vainu our prospecting was done manually (looking for company information on websites and other company sites, and hoping to find qualified prospects). We wanted to make the job of our salespeople as easy as possible and to be certain that every salesperson always has enough prospects when a new week begins. Vainu has done exactly that and is extremely cost-efficient.
  • You save time and find right prospects as fast as possible.
  • It's also easy to sort prospects by industry, revenue, digital foot print... etc.
  • Vainu has fixed all bugs we have reported. So no, can't really say what I dislike...
  • Your sales team saves time and find right prospects as fast as possible.

Vainu contacted me 15 months ago. I had been looking for a good prospecting tool a long time before that. There wasn't any reason not to take the test! The introduction went well. We got guidance many times. Our new sales team members can still receive training from them if we want. They have been interested in our feedback.
Vainu is the best software I have ever used for prospecting. It offers everything that we need for sale, prospecting and leads, and indeed really cost-effective. It's really a small investment when comparing what it can bring to your business. Vainu is not indispensable If you don't have an active selling team and continuous need for new prospects.
