Overall Satisfaction with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management

Varicent is the enterprise tool for processing variable incentive for Amex Sale / Tele-Support colleagues. Currently it is being used by ~10K users across Amex and we have a goal to expand it further. It is being used by multiple BUs across the organization.

Varicent is doing extremely well with a couple of sharp edges to work through.
Throughout it has been exceptional.
The product is scalable, but there could be some performance issues.
Varicent was pre-selected before I joined the organization.
1. Very well suited for organizations where compensation plans are complicated and need to go through frequent changes.
2. Might be a challenge where a huge data set needs to get processed. In that case, user has to go for add-on services like PPO offering.
