Overall Satisfaction with Vibe HCM
It is used across the entire organization. It provides a one stop portal for employees and managers to manage their personal information and perform HR related transactions. It provides a complete audit trail and does away with all the paper that we used to pass around. We are 99.9% paperless and Vibe HCM is a big part of that. Prior to installing Vibe HCM we had a department of six clerks hand inputting and auditing all employee transactions. That department no longer exists. The responsibility to perform those transaction have been moved to their source. The workflows include the necessary level of approvals and a complete trail.

Our core HRIS system is ADP Enterprise. We were able to get the legacy employee self service contained in the old product up and working. Eventually ADP withdrew support for self service and doesn't support self service for premise based installations. We needed an employee portal. We heard about Vibe HCM and visited with them early 2007. It was a no brainer. The implementation of the basic functions was rapid and had very few issues. We have added functionality as our organization has been able to adopt the changes.

Employees from every part of the business use it. They view paystatements, perform HR transactions, use analystics, change tax status, etc. They also are able to run an on demand total rewards statement that presents the total value of their job, including what the company spends.
