Overall Satisfaction with Vincere
We use it as a recruitment crm and it works well.
- Syncs with website
- Matches candidates
- Easy to use
- Customer service - after consulting with Anna T. at EGM - we’ve concluded the service has gone down hill since they were bought out
- We have been overcharged for products - then told we would be refunded if left a 5* review
- Hard to say - was great
We use them because of legacy - I really hope the customer service part get the investment it deserves.
