BlueAlly is extremely happy with its partner for initial purchases, upgrades, and subscription renewals. the representative at BlueAlly is very knowledgeable and had an ability to describe the products and functions to help understand what functions and hardware are necessary to perform given services. Notifications are automatically sent via email warning when subscriptions are coming up for renewal.

BlueAlly and Watchguard implementation engineers were very helpful on the initial installation and configuration. We were able to implement a dual firewall HA configuration in a single day with full functionality.
