Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webex to register our attendees, collect registration fee, track income/fees, to get information to all people who have registered to the event.

Webex has been a place where I can go and get all the event information in one space. When hosting hybrid events, everything was able to be run through this one platform. This was invaluable. It gave me so much time back and allowed me to focus on other places where my time was needed.

Pros and Cons

Their customer service is fantastic. Easy to contact & easy to communicate with
Easy to track sales, Net and Gross.
Processing refunds or doing name changes is easy.

I wish Webex had more video walk throughs on their help section

Return on Investment

When all events turned virtual, Webex positively impacted our ability to continue running. Without them we would have had to shut down

I have been using Webex (formerly Socio) for over a year and a half. Now I'm very familiar with most of its capabilities, but when I started to use the platform or when I find something new, someone from the Webex help desk is always ready and willing to help me. They are easy to communicate with, easy to contact, and give detailed instructional help.
