Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events

We connect people at headquarters in different cities all over the world using this tool that allows us to call, schedule videocalls and also chat with each other in an easy way. It allows us to add our phone number too, so you can call people that is not currently using their computer if an emergency arises.
  • Notification option that is not intrusive but clearly visible
  • Videocall quality is always great
  • Easy reprogramming of events from calendar
  • Sometimes I feel like it uses too many resources and makes my computer go slower
  • Chats of the webinar dissappear by default, but sometimes important info is shared and could be nice to have the option to save it
  • The quality of the video gets chosen by webex by default, sometimes maybe it would be nice to get the option to fix manually what's the minimum quality you want. Just to not talk with pixels
  • Due to the exceedingly good quality offered by webex we are able to use this tool with external clients. These clients have confirmed contracts for a long time due to their satisfaction with us.
  • The participation analysis has allowed us to refine our strategy and improve our weak points.
  • The recording option has allowed us to create tutorials and other deliverables that have created tangible value for our department and organization
Webex events has proved to be more stable and more accessible while allowing us to keep all the security layers in place. The fact that a person connecting to our trainings from the other side of the globe doesn't need to get his work computer prepared to assist, just his work phone, is an amazing advantage as you don't require the assistant to be in the office in the moment of the webinar. And that is key when you are involving people from different timezones.

Yes

I think it would work for:
  • Workshops with many people.
  • Quarterly's meetings with people all around the world.
  • If you want to create a digital training with lots of participants...
I feel like it's not as needed in videocalls that can be fixed with webex teams because of the number of participants or at events that need a more personal approach where you need everyone constantly interacting.
