Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I used Webex Meetings to take a professional development course that was offered to me. It allowed me to get the CEU that I needed without having to meet with the class in person. This was the best way to avoid being around others due to COVID-19. It was a great experience.
- It provides an online virtual experience without having to be in a large crowd.
- I was able to still participate as though I was in person with the professor.
- It was a way to be able to work from home.
- I did not see anything that would need to be changed about Webex Meetings.
- It has allowed our teachers to attend conferences and workshops without fear of getting COVID-19.
I prefer Webex Meetings to Google Meet because of the fact that Webex Meetings is less likely to close unexpectedly. This is the situation that has frustrated me in the past about Google Meet.

I like the ability to be able to work from anywhere at any time of the day. This has allowed me to use Webex Meetings to attend virtual school meetings as well as professional development that may not allow me to leave my school in order to attend. This gives me the ability to do so much more than I ever could before being introduced to Webex Meetings.
The main organizational challenge that I have faced as I planned or implemented hybrid work was to be able to meet with people in person. COVID changed the way that I attended classes as well as meeting with faculty and staff for various meetings. It has also allowed me to do more by helping me to further my education by attending various types of professional developments and meetings with higher authorities to get the information that I need.
Cisco's Webex Meeting hybrid work solutions have created ways for the faculty and staff to meet without the worry of COVID. We are required to have a certain number of faculty meetings each year, and Webex Meetings have allowed us meet the requirements without worry of COVID or any other sickness that may be going around at that point in time. It also allows us to do things like keep our appointments because we can continue to have the meeting without fear of missing an important meeting.
We have experienced what I would call freedom to operate without being tied down to one particular place and time. We can still attend meetings, conferences, and professional development without having to give up the things that we have to do with our everyday lives. It is extremely nice to be able to attend things virtually and still get the important information that I need.
I have used other products, but Cisco products have worked the best for us by providing excellent service when, and if, there is a problem. There have been other products that are not as effective in providing the service that we need to complete professional development, faculty meetings, and sometimes even virtual classes with our students. However, Cisco Webex has helped with this.

We sometimes must utilize these other services due to the fact that younger kids may understand how to use them a little easier. Younger kids need the Google Meet because it is already in their Google Classrooms. Some teachers prefer to use Zoom. We allow them the flexibility to choose the platform that they want to use.
