Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

As a product manager, my role involves constantly interacting with customers to understand product needs and feedback. As I won't be able to attend all of the calls that my sales and presales team attend, I use Wingman to listen to calls later along with sharing feedback and key discussion points with my GTM colleagues.

  • AI in Wingman which translates speech to text is good.
  • It currently handles the use cases we expect out of the tool
  • Helps me understand customer pain points

Best for recording customer calls and sharing with the rest of the team for reference and discussion. A great tool for collaborating with a larger team and sharing key insights from conversations that others couldn't be part of. Also, categorising calls and referring to them later the other use cases that I use Wingman for.
