Overall Satisfaction with Wistia
We use Wistia in marketing to manage our dozens of online videos focusing on educating our B2B customers on how to use our SAAS product.
Pros
- Great educational videos on how to use Wistia, great brand Voice, approachable and fun.
- User interface is extremely simple.
Cons
- Can't think of any at the moment, maybe more advice about how to produce videos
- Increased employee efficiency, improved server load as we are no longer carrying video files and are on the cloud.
It has been awhile but I recall Brightcove as being expensive.
