Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Workfront is currently deployed within the marketing team. Keeping track of projects was a challenge for us. We had various ways to get work into the operational support team, but nothing consistent until Workfront.
  • Creating a consistent process for repetitive functions.
  • Highlights issues to projects underway.
  • Creates a centralized area to review work assigned to you.
  • In many cases, there are multiple ways to get something done. This leads to inconsistencies across the team.
  • Reporting is quite advanced for the basic user.
  • Workfront has increased our overall output. Having a consistent process has led to numerous time savings across the team.
Workfront by far has the advantage over these competitors given the SaaS backend. The challenge for Workfront has been on the financial side. From a marketing perspective, managing the costs associated with projects is a bit of a gap with Workfront. This takes nothing away from the high value and productivity Workfront provides.
It creates a consistent source and a consistent process to manage work.
