Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

It is being used by a business unit mainly to track task time on a project to answer the question of how long does it take us to do "stuff". Which before we were not able to answer.
  • Weekly timesheets
  • Dashboard/home screen works well for end user
  • Email notification reminders
  • We had difficulty getting buy-in from management to using workfront for more than a time tracking tool
  • One system for all
  • Centralizing project management software
[The] best scenario is when a group is committed to doing the work to keep the project up to date in workfront so that there is good data available in workfront. We came from an environment where people never had to be accountable for their time and getting buy-in was very difficult; even parts of management had no interest.
