Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We are using Workfront as a project management, issue tracking and timesheet system. It helps us with reporting and billing. We use it across multiple organizations in the GVW group to which our company belongs. It addresses our need to track projects and bill on a timely manner.

As mentioned we are using Team Foundation Services for our Agile Scrum delivery although Workfront does has its own Agile project management capability. I've seen numerous work management systems on the market (for instance SalesForce), but these appear to be a collection of a number of disparate modules. Workfront has the benefit that everything works on one consistent platform and interface.
