Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We use Workfront to manage our IT projects. We had a different project management tool that was not user friendly and people hated to use. Workfront is much easier to use and our users are much happier. The tool is very easy to use and intuitive to learn.
- Great for managing tasks.
- Great for tracking and monitoring work.
- Really like the user experience.
- Integrations are not built in.
- Financial piece is lacking. Need to be able to do real baselines of scope, cost, and schedule.
- Need to be able to do budget approvals and lock down approved numbers.
- User experience is much better.
- Great task management.
- Love the reporting.
