- Allowing more project defaults to be set to avoid having to always edit tasks after they are created
- Understanding advance reporting, custom report programming, is there own language, hard to understand if you want to program your own reports
- Custom calculations, understanding syntax and how to use can be challenging
- Has allowed us to easily show work being done, and how much is in the backlog to be worked on.
- Helps track all users' work to know what needs done and when.
- Negative impact - some work can be overwhelming when shown on reports.
Yes, cuts down the amount of emails, and makes it very easy to find updates and documentation, which helps with overall collaboration.
