Pros

The bank feeds function is a quick and efficient means to update client's accounting records.
Our small business clients don't have to have a lot of accounting expertise to use Xero because the data entry choices are very straight-forward and easy to understand

Cons

There should be an option to add new accounts on the fly when trying to enter transactions from the bank feeds
