Overall Satisfaction with Xoom, a PayPal Service
I use Xoom to send money to contacts and clients that are outside of the United States, specifically in Africa. Their fees are very reasonable and they have partnerships with many local foreign/exchange vendors to allow easy and safe ways to send money.
- Transfer money from the U.S. to Africa.
- Transfer money from the U.S. to Europe.
- Many partnerships with local foreign exchange vendors to safely and easily send money.
- They could increase the number local partners and banks that they work with.
- They could increase then number of countries that they provide service to.
- Their fees could always be even lower.
- It is easy to use
- Fees are reasonable
- You can use it to send money to Africa
- It allows me to work with more clients in Africa as I have a means to affordably and safely send them money.
- Wise (formerly TransferWise)
Xoom was able to send money to countries that Wise could not.
