Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Yooz to process purchase orders for the Parts Department. Yooz allows more timely processing of the purchase orders by keeping us from having to send any issues back and forth between the dealership and our corporate office. Resolutions can all be accomplished through the site which makes processing much easier and quicker.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Storage of historical documents. When I need to make a copy of an older Invoice, it's very easy to search and find it in Yooz.
By reviewing the documents again during the authorization step allows me to catch any mistakes I may have made when preparing the purchase order for processing.

Return on Investment

More timely and accurate processing which allows more time to do other job duties.
