Overall Satisfaction with Yubico YubiKeys
I've used a YubiKey 5 for several years for a 2nd factor authentication method to log into our VPN as well as adding it to many of my personal accounts. I've appreciated that it offers multiple authentication methods for different platforms both for work and personal accounts.
- It makes logging in with a second factor very convenient
- I like the small form factor making it easy to carry around
- The different authentication profiles it provides makes it nice for personal and business use
- It would be nice if the new biometric readers also offered all the same features as the older Yubico YubiKeys 5. Having everything in one.

- We have had users tied in their YubiKey with Windows Hello for for Business providing a password less login experience. The users are happy for the ease of logging in and being part of the security team we're excited for the multi factor authentication.
We haven't had any users that have Yubico YubiKeys set up fall for phishing attacks. Hopefully, we can continue to roll out Yubico YubiKeys to more of our users.
Everyone that we have using them love how easy they are. Many users prefer to use the Yubico YubiKeys as opposed to getting a Duo push from their phones or MFA push from the Microsoft Authenticator.
Yubico YubiKeys is slightly different than Duo but I do like that it's quick and easy. Our users like that they don't have to use personal phones.
