Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits company-wide for all aspects that are offered. We use it for payroll, time & attendance, time off, performance management, goals, health insurance, and hiring. So far we have loved it, there have been hiccups along the way, but our account rep is incredible and he makes everything right in the end.
  • 401k Integration
  • User interface
  • Customer Service (Except Priyal & Freddi, they are TOTAL rockstars!!)
  • Insurance integration (can only use One Digital (not impressed with them) and it was no simple task to integrate)
  • Reports. They offer some but they aren't things that are used!
  • Everything has been better with Zenefits with the exception of the following:
  • Payroll reports are horrible, non-intuitive and plain old hard to use.
  • For some reason, they aren't reporting our payroll taxes even though they have been paid.
Paylocity was much more customizable, but it was not as intuitive as Zenefits. It didn't integrate like we wanted and that is why we switched.
We wanted a system that was "all-in-one", meaning that it would do each aspect of HR, and also operational needs. We love that it integrates our benefits, payroll, time, performance management and compliance.

Zenefits Support

They wait days and days and days to contact you. We had an issue come up and I went to customer support. I was told Id be called back immediately, it took them over 3 hours to call me. Im glad that I didnt hold my breath while I was waiting for that call.

Yes - My bugs that I have found are reported and then weeks later are finally acknowledged and then after that it takes weeks to fix, which eventually breaks again.
