Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow for our internal review process for all printed materials and social media posts. We were looking for a product to address the challenge of sending PDFs across teams and adding notes. We needed to eliminate the separate saved documents and miscommunication between teams who are reviewing content.
- Gathering feedback from multiple people into one place for everyone to comment/respond.
- Allowing us to see exactly where the feedback is referring to on creative pieces.
- Viewing multiple proofs and checking status with a customized look
- Would like the ability to change which page is shown in a layout since we upload groups of pages at once, we have to currently upload one blank page whenever our pages are not an even number to be able to view the spreads correctly.
- It would be nice to be able to connect with other software like social apps such as Sendible to preview posts rather than me having to put them on a Word document to review.
- It would help us greatly if we were able to accept changes in a Word document in copy - currently because we cannot accept changes, it makes it difficult to use Ziflow for longer copy-heavy materials.
- Ziflow has helped us save time in saving multiple versions of documents.
- Ziflow has given us many efficiencies related to the time spent clarifying comments from a particular department, bringing us together.
It is so much easier to view and collaborate on documents now that we have Ziflow. We no longer need multiple emails back and forth as Ziflow handles a lot of the automation of that for us.
We can see each other's comments in real-time and reply or get feedback almost instantly.
