Ziflow's collaborative tools have revolutionized our content review and approval process. The seamless communication and efficient teamwork they enable have significantly boosted productivity and improved the quality of our final outputs. Being able to use all the of the comment features keeps feedback streamlined and allows for easier collaboration. We attach design suggestions in the comments or use the boxes, arrows, etc to describe what we are thinking. It is the best way for our team to work on creative together.

ZiFlow has improved collaboration. I can now keep all my communication with a certain query all through ZiFlow. As a reviewer comments on a proof, I can reply and tag them or other parties to help keep a conversation going. I don't need to hop on to another platform. This keeps things efficient and allows for quicker approval process.

The comment function and status of jobs makes sure everyone is in the know and if anything changes, emails are sent out pretty quickly to anyone on a job. I've had programs in the past that required me adding each person manually to multiple proofs which can get to be a lot when you're dealing with tens of files. I think the staging and template features make creating proofs a breeze while also ensuring no one could accidentally get missed through human error when dealing with large numbers of proofs being made.

Ziflow makes it easier for my team to collaborate. I can easily respond to questions and remarks on the proof without having an entire meeting about it. Creative can drop in screenshots of what they are looking for so it really is a one stop shop for our review process.

We are a small team so have not used this feature as much, but it keeps everyone on the same page and informed about the project. It also helps clients to collaborate within their teams when there are multiple people needing to review a project.

It has made delivering projects much quicker on the project management side. Ziflow makes it really simple to upload new versions. It is actually even easier with live sites because all I have to do is update the name. I also believe it is helping the clients who do use it with collaborative viewing.

Our review and approval process is now entirely via Ziflow. Since Covid, my team has been working remotely and it would not have been possible to get thru projects as efficiently and effectively without Ziflow. It's the same for a lot of clients and Ziflow has helped them to collaborate, review and approve effortlessly.

It's super easy to invite users to collaborate in Ziflow. With a simple email/username, you're able to add as many people as you'd like to work in a single document. The ability to also download attachments as PDFs to edit, and be able to view edits in Ziflow, has been very nice to utilize.

Streamlined the process with reduced communication methods.

The team is able to have full conversation, thoughtful and impactful conversations because of Ziflow. We have used the reply functions many times during routes but it also allows us to take the conversations over to slack and talk things out in that platform as well. Overall the collaboration has been great throughout the entire team because of Ziflow.

Having multiple members of both my team and my clients teams on the proof makes the approval process much more secure and streamlined. Due to this, I could be away on holiday or a client could lose access to their email but there will always be backups already part of the proof that can stand in on either end.

The ability to share a proof between many different users is one of the most important feature used for our business, since in case of absence, or just the need of have another point of view, any member of the team can access to the proof and check whatever he/she needs. In this way it's a very good collaborative platform. Also, the comparing tool makes us save a lot of time, since we can easily focus on the specific changes made by the client and applied by our postproduction team, avoiding back and forth.

Previous to using Ziflow several different reviewers may have had that same edit to a particular piece or they may have had differing opinions on a particular edit. When the review process is not collaborative then those are all given independently. Ziflow make it so that the review process is much more open to all reviewers involved.

It impacted in a positive way, customers do like to use Ziflow to see the artworks and make comments if there is something that needs to be changed or updated. The good thing is that we can upload the revise proof on the same one the customer did not approved and it create a V2 version of it.

We reduced the time dedicated to content review and we are now using a much more lean approval process. Being able to track the approval status for every document by every user is an extremely useful tool for a company that works in a very large project group (international) and with multiple internal teams (translation, editing, etc.) on the same project.

With a single proof saved online, Ziflow has everyone involved in all of our projects working and looking at the same document at all times. No one is accidentally grabbing an old version and wondering why their suggestions haven't been addressed, there's no need to send requests through emails that could easily be missed and might be sent to the wrong person, everyone is always involved in the right document, and the tools within Ziflow make it much easier to communicate what changes need to be made, who agrees with those choices, what the alternatives are, etc.

Getting approvals on a document, user guide, brochure used to be a total pain as it would be created then sent to either the teams or customer depending on where it was in the process, then wait for them to get the email (hoping the spam filter hadn’t eaten it) then read, digest, comment or action and return the files. Any changes had to be then made and repeat. Now it can be done all at the same time and recorded as completed for everybody.

It's great! Keeps everyone in the loop. We used to use Slack or email which was a nightmare to keep track of the status and who had reviewed what project. We are so much more organized now.

Made it so much faster and easier to convey to clients and offers them the chance for more engagement and collaboration.

By allowing multiple people to review at the same time, all stakeholders can get their feedback in. However, we tend not to do that as sometimes there is conflict of opinion so we try to relegate it to one person for visual and experience feedback and one for just a final check over.
