Yes, it has made approving proofs much easier and faster. It has made proofs easier to find and reference which therefore increases the speed at which we can approve them. It's also great for progress tracking on artwork approvals and gives visibility of multiple projects on the team at once.

Ziflow allows us to keep content moving through the approval process by the automated workflows that we have in place. Being able to set deadlines and and workflow stages. We can trust that proofs will keep moving through the approval process without us having to check on it all the time. We also use the auto-lock function with the deadline has passed or all decisions have been made. This keeps people from providing feedback past the deadline.

ZiFlow has improved the ease in which content flows throughout our company. There are many tools reviewers can you to help me see their vision even if we are working remotely. For example, if a logo needs to be moved to a specific location, a reviewer can mark this out quite easily in a proof - even if it's a video. This helps us as a creative and collaborative tool.

I think the review process is simplified from the beginning. An email will notify the reviewer of a new proof and from there if something looks off, it's as easy as clicking where and typing your comment. Once finished, the status will update and the appropriate parties will be notified and can get started on the changes. For me, the whole process is very simple and an attractive and modern interface helps too.

Ziflow makes it much easier to move proofs through all the rounds of review as it automates this process. I no longer have to send the proof to proofreading first, then QA, then accounts, then the producer, then creative. It makes the whole thing much easier for me, the artist.

Yes! I think 80%-90% of my clients are on Ziflow and it makes things run much smoother. It is a bit challenging at first when trying to onboard the platform and teach clients how to use it. Some clients have taken to it very quickly and easily, others not so much. Overall, it makes things easier.

A lot less effort and a lot less time managing emails and messages. That alone has been a game-changer. The process is also a lot less stressful as everything is tracked, so each project participant is fully aware of what they are accountable for. Proofing is also more efficient. Being able to pulse people in and out of projects is really awesome.

The review process is so slick using ziflow. As the account manager I receive a file from studio, upload it to Ziflow and then everybody involved knows where it is, how to find it, and how to leave feedback and make approval decisions.

Ziflow impacted positively in the way of sharing proofs, by copying the link to the proofs or downloading versions from the tool bar. Also, the comparing tool makes us save a lot of time, since we can easily focus on the specific changes made by the client and applied by our postproduction team, avoiding back and forth.

Ziflow did simplifies how we get approval from customers for arts as is a friendly interface. Each customer have their profile created and once we upload a proof they will get an inmediate notification that they have a proof to review. its helpful since we cannot send large files on emails and doing it with Ziflow is a great and smooth experience.

It had never dawned on me before we used Ziflow, but a big problem with the way we used to get people to review our documents was the deadlines. We would save the documents in a common folder and tell people they had to review them by this date, but there was nothing stopping people from making a copy of the pdf on their desktop and then emailing it to us whenever they wanted to. Now, not only is the proof in one central location, but we can clearly see who has opened it, who has commented on it, and who has approved it and you can set the proof to automatically lock once a deadline is reached, forcing people to follow the deadlines we give them. With everyone in one place, it's much easier for us to address everyone's concerns and then move on to the next stage in the process.

It has removed the requirements of sending the same documents multiple time to different people via email and then hope they all have the the updated versions when a change is made.

So much faster and easier to get an approval when images are high resolution. They were always asking if images were specific sizes and high enough resolution when sending low res PDFs.

It has made it incredibly easy and while we don't use it to it's full extent since we're a smaller team, once we start growing I can see how we'd use the multiple layers of approval to take it cross departments to ensure a high quality when it's finally delivered to the client.
