Zoho CRM is good when it comes to the sales side of business. It is easy to use, and automation and workflows work great. Email marketing is also been great which eventually helps customer relationships. We are really happy so far to use Zoho CRM for sales and email marketing without any major bottlenecks.

We initially thought Zoho CRM would just be a slightly more robust version of our contact tracking spreadsheets. Since then, we've expanded our build to reach triple the amount of data that we expected and have started customizing our CRM to allow for financial and grant tracking as well, which is well beyond what we had initially planned for. While there have been some bumps in expanding so far beyond what our initial customization was meant for, the expansion has been possible and we've been able to find efficient workarounds.

While setting up or systems, there have been only a few times where we were limited by our license and prevented from implementing a custom workflow or process. CRM allows us the flexibility to tailor the UI and data to our needs and also make changes where and when necessary.

CRM's ability to integrate with other Zoho applications adds to that flexibility. While there could be improvements to the integration, we have found the integrations beneficial by providing better collaboration amongst various departments.

Extremely flexible and scalable. We can enter several data points such as contact details, industry, lead status, "description of interaction and by which caller," "notes," "attachments," "follow scheduling and reminders on email," and much more. Lots of fields can be customized at will. We would love chat support, though.

Zoho CRM is extremely flexible. It provides a high degree of customization in terms of custom fields, objects, modules and workflows etc. Adding a field is pretty simple if you have sufficient admin rights.
It is also highly scalable. Folks from different geography can login at the same time. Create tasks and assign it to team members

This has been a great launching point for our newly formed sales team, which is more used to making sales calls, than using a flow, and keeping track of leads from the moment they enter our pipeline. We're scaling slow, but it's easy to envision a time when we have hundreds of leads and they will all be followed up. In fact, more leads have been entering our site, and we are expanding our sales team to accommodate that growth.

Email marketing funtion isn't that good on Zoho CRM. I have had issues uploading contacts and sending mass emails. Email testing also isn't that user friendly and not to mention I realized the email deliverability isn't that great either after comparing with some other platforms out there. Yes the other platforms were a little expensive but for sure a lot more scalable.

Although we never used all of the functions, Zoho is scalable and easy to learn and use. The reminders function is vital to providing timely follow-ups and nudges to clients. It is easy to load different templates and photos of our vehicles for different client quotes. The automations saves our team a lot of time.

It is flexible in the sense that we did drop a few features to decrease our overall price. It was obviously a managemet/administratve decision. But it took off a lot of features from our hands which in turn makes the application feel slow and misses a fair few features

It solves project management issues including resource allocation, project handling, and Billing also there should custom report management. There should be proper task creation, tracking of the different tasks, and an overview of the different phases of the project. There should be a report analysis of the project-wise as well as for the developer wise

I think Zoho is perfect. I love that you can input the clients contact information and track the time and dates that the sales rep or customer service rep reached out to the client to give them an update on their case or help solve any issues the current case is having

We house so much information in a customer's CRM file that it's easy to see how they are to be contacted, why they should be contacted, and any special instructions or information about them. We have added and modified our CRM multiple times as our needs continue to grow and change.

While Zoho is designed to be flexible, it can only do so much without knowing how to code. Many of the automation tasks require low-code or deluge scripting capabilities. There is Zoho support or Zoho partners that can assist with the, but the customization aspect of API integration is struggle if you are working with tools that do not have a native integration (which are not that many compared to other CRM products).

I recommend Zoho CRM if anyone is looking for an easy way to manage a customer from the lead stage to final billing. Creating proposals is super easy and even easier to send off to the customer for a signature. I have found that Zoho CRM has allowed us to bring in more business faster.
