Magnolia has worked well for our organization, where there are multiple users in different departments needing to access the same pages. While it can be overwhelming at first, the CMS is intuitive to new users once they have hands-on experience. For basic needs - creating simple pages - works well for front-end users with little to no CMS experience or Java knowledge.

- The usability of Magnolia is appreciated, a content editor easily learns how to manage the content in two hours only.

- Biggest challenge we faced is teaching the use of it to our employees how to use it. The UI Should be easy and to understand for all fields.
- The AdWords integration is not easy to do.
- UI is sometimes slow and doesn't load Analyticals for more than 24 hours.

Next version seems to be largely improved, but managing the update will be challenging. I think that a big company needs a CMS like this for their websites. Also it is always good to have a CMS that gives you also the possibility of managing the publishing for different devices like in V5.

Overall usability is great, as are most of Adobe's software. Maybe a UI refresh could make it a bit easier to do advanced functions or reporting but, overall, it works very well. This is something you take for granted with Adobe solutions because when you try another vendor you realize how bad it can be.

From a CMS user perspective, it has great overall usability. For 95% of the use cases that our team(s) use Magnolia for - creating products, publishing new campaign pages, updating press releases - it works great. In some cases, where the ask is over and above that, or the ability to design new components, integrating non-Magnolia forms, etc., it takes time/effort to test/implement and hope it doesn't break the site.

We haven't experienced any significant performance problems on live site. We had some performance problems with our upcoming release based on the latest Magnolia release, but these were resolved to our full satisfaction by Magnolia prior to our release going live.

AAM has good support, but the support is not as available, due to waiting time and queue. The instructions presented are available, but it navigation is not easy between pages. However, instructions are usually direct and straightforward, but any underlying thoughts or questions won’t be easily answered without support from their service.

To often i was frustrated about people in a company without even a clue what there product is about or how to solve a problem. Magnolia's Support Team does a very good job and try to help you in most of the cases

I personally like the Adobe Audience Manager interface and it's easier to use for beginners. It also has some features that Google does not, nor do its other competitors. It is worth the money and time spent, overall. I feel like it gives a bigger and more in-depth picture to our company's audience than other programs.
