[ADP is well suited for] Smaller agencies with a regular payroll and not a complex payroll. Users must be familiar with databases, reporting, etc. as system is not as user friendly as we would like. The cost is also a factor especially as the basic system does not include other features such as performance management, dashboards, etc. I was hoping to have access to the dashboards. ZilicusPM is suited for any business that has difficulty managing and keeping track of office related work as well as project management. Its an efficient way to manage just about anything necessary. It is well-suited for our office, as structural/civil engineers - we are able to keep track of our projects as well as office/human resources related work.Incentivized
Ease of use: employees can clock in and out on the tablets that are at that location site. They can use the same punch information to log into ADP and look up and edit personal information on their own. Like changing address, phone, and open enrollments.Various methods of clocking. ZilicusPM is great for an office regarding meetings and site visits. It's hard to keep track manually of where everyone is at. By sharing our calendars through ZilicusPM, we are able to access where someone is within a few seconds!! It is very convenient and less of a hassle.This a great tool to use to manage all documents that enter in and out of our office for certain projects. It is hard to keep track of everything through our office, so this programs helps us manage things very efficiently.This is great for prioritizing! I know many people in our office have an issue to do so. With the Project Issue Management feature, we are able to do this more effectively without causing any stress to our employees!Incentivized
Trying to research previous time cards past a month are hard to achieve. There is a custom date range option but it rarely works, the program just sits there and doesn't pull up the custom range.Pulling reports for various needs is also more difficult then it needs to be. Instead of pulling a quick report with the dates and parameters you need you have to go in and edit the report and then go back in and edit it again to return it to default settings.You also have to watch your invoices and make sure you are receiving your discounts otherwise this software can be quite costly.Make sure your employees bookmark the ADP ezLaborManager website, otherwise it gets difficult to find through an internet search.Incentivized
The only thing I would suggest that needs room for improvement is that you should break down Zilicus PM into different sectors. What I mean by this is that you branch off this program into different areas of expertise like accounting, engineering, etc. Every business is managed differently, so other options should be provided to accommodate each field.Other than that, I am very pleased with this program. It was WELL worth the investment. Saving a lot of time and money spent per worker by using this!N/AIncentivized

ADP is a good system to track information but, what it lacks is just some detail that provides time savings. Some instances they have made "updates" that tend to have been better previous to those "updates." One example is for staff to see how they have used their time off in the past. There should be an easy way to report and review such other than looking at pay periods. Pay statement and review and totals can also improve.Incentivized
The support is not the best as they take much time to get back to you, days for some items as simple as a standard report. They do not know much about their own system I feel and it shows a lack of knowledge on their part. We have gotten wrong answers and it's not so user friendly.
The training provided was based on a generic database and reporting which made it difficult to compare when you had your own database to work at. It also didn't provide good written materials that would be useful after the training session. It was more geared towards the practice tests or applications within the training.Incentivized

ADP exLaborManager - I prefer ADP over the Paycor and Aon Hewitt timecard applications. This software was more user friendly, had easier access, reporting, and tracking hours than the others I have used. I am not saying the others are horrible, just that ADP was more simplistic to use and administer than the others.Incentivized
We have used Microsoft Project for years. We loved it until we found ZilicusPM. ZilicusPM is more efficient and directive in our field. Microsoft Project does not provide as many features as ZilicusPM does. I am extremely grateful for having found ZilicusPM. It was recommended to us by an architectural firm that swore by this software.Incentivized
ADP ezLaborManager saves time, as time sheets are all in the system and can be processed easily with payroll.Reporting makes it easy to look into any discrepancies related to time cards.The process of reconciliation of subcontractors' billing is easier.Incentivized
A positive impact that ZilicusPM has made is we are able to work more efficiently and prioritize what needs to be sent out, what invoices need to be sent out to clients, where are project engineers at certain time of day, etc.We also have a higher ROI. I am able to manage what invoices need to be sent out without having to track people down for a summary of the work , which is extremely time consuming. I am able to get more invoices out while returning a higher investment for the company.A negative impact it has made is we had to hire someone to manage this software entirely. It is very time-consuming for myself to manage and make sure everything is entered in correctly. We hired someone who is familiar with ZilicusPM and is able to certify all work.Incentivized
