It is expensive, so if some of the more advanced features are not needed then there are better alternatives.

• Better integration of PDN tools into the native Altium Designer
• Some of the additional features like Draftsman are very clunky and slow, and seem like an after thought or perhaps an acquired solution that isn't well integrated.

• Valor NPI licenses: we are working with Siemens to resolve the issue that Siemens doesn't check out the "command-line" Valor NPI Xpedition license when running Valor checking from Xpedition Designer.
• Valor Process Prep: we discovered a defect in the product. Currently waiting for a fix.
• Rule checking: Too many false positives.
