first I used to download csv file which my marketer used to send me, then copy
paste the contact of leads in my phonebook and the call or whatsapp them. this
much process makes delay in contacting my newly generated leads. and many time
I saw they choose some other services over my service due to delay in
contacting. CueLab CRM soves this problem in seconds. Since using this CRM, my lead
tracking has become way more efficient. I'm closing more deals 50% more than
ever before. i have to buy 5 license as i have team of 5 sales executive

I gave that rating level because it reflects both my satisfaction and expectations about PipelinerCRM.Plus, the adoption rate of this software. I mean the usability rate is very low. It just takes, for learning, a couple of hours less than three days roughly. Return on time investment is low also.
