QuickBooks Online Advanced
Other than market share dominance and somewhat lead-on features, Intuit is a company that has lost its small-business focus, its customer service focus, and its partnership ethic with the many professionals who help support and recommend the product. It has seemed to place its focus on becoming an artificial intelligence leader when it should really be an artificial intelligence integrator and consumer for the sake of its customer base and professional support base. While the QuickBooks Online product line will continue to dominate the market share for the foreseeable future, it is ill-advised for an accounting/bookkeeping professional or business to rely upon Intuit. It is important to understand the growing number of available options and cultivate relationships and skills with these new products. To fail to do so will be either a disservice to yourself or to your clients.

- Cost is always an element to consider when purchasing a computer solution, both for the purchase of the software and for its maintenance, many forget about the ongoing support costs that come with software.
- Many systems are backed up automatically through the cloud or through some other solution, but not all. So there is a good chance that the data will be lost. it is therefore necessary to take the safe backup forecasts in the event of any unforeseen occurrence and cause us an unpleasant surprise.
- There is a difference between being served by a real person when making a phone call, to an automated attention system. Sometimes it is good to make the tasks more automatic, but it is also good to have a little personalized help to avoid losing the human value of relationships.

- I cannot provide hard numbers but it has been easier for us to collect from customers using credit cards.
- It has been easier to integrate Salesforce into QuickBooks and automations have been smooth ever since. Less time to create invoice[s] since everything is automated, we only need to match the payment that comes to our account.
- It is easier for us to record transactions from bank feeds, less time, more tasks that can be done.
