Pros:- It is very easy to deploy out of the box.- Has good integration with most large scale platform and Operating Systems.Cons:- Because it is SaaS based, the used cases are very specific.

OutreachPlus

Outreach is well suited for organizations that have a large number of outbound efforts that require a consistent set of records. You can drop 1000 prospects into a sequence, throttle it to send 100 per day, set it to resume OOO replies after a few days, and set it and forget it. Just set up a schedule, make sure you exclude national holidays, and you don't have to touch it ever again.

  • Tagging of prospects across various outreach campaigns. It can be had to track campaign specific data. They make it easy.
  • Really repository for contact information. They allowed us not to rely on spreadsheets as much and do everything from one place.
  • Mobile interface. They make checking emails and campaign results on the go.

They're both good but OutreachPlus goes a step further with prospect management and template statistics.Mailshake has a sending calendar which I like and also AB testing although it's on a higher plan. Overall they're similar but OutreachPlus still make the outreach process easier and more organized across different verticals.Lastly with Mailshake you can add aliases with OutreachPlus you can't.
