Chose HouseCall Pro
I actually use 3 other software programs for other businesses, and they function well but are very niche to our needs in those businesses. We use HouseCall Pro for 2 different companies, and we find it fits our basic and broad needs best.
[HouseCall Pro] would be great for service techs and smaller companies but is tough for companies that do multiple types of jobs, [do] not sync well with QBO for us, and creates an accounting mess. Also does not do job costing so hard to actually keep track of jobs
It is much easier to adopt than other FSMs we have tried. While easy to adopt, it is robust and powerful. We were up and running in a matter of days, not weeks.
