Winmo is best suited when you know which company you are looking for, but are missing some information, including key contacts, agency relationships, and quarterly advertising budgets. Scenarios where it is less appropriate are when you already know which company/contact you are looking for, and you are merely looking for company info to provide context

• Allows us to view information from companies in the industry to stay on top of industry news and trends.
• It provides a large database of clients and important companies, with the contacts of managers and executive staff.
• Allows us to export the list of contacts and clients to Excel or Salesforce for the weekly reports that we make in the agency.

• Would like more flexibility in amount of characters for digital/cross-channel ad copy
• Would like a longer log-in time. I feel I get signed out too quickly.
• System can sometimes be glitchy and dashboards fail to populate

• The contact info can be somewhat stale...it pays to double-check LinkedIn first to see if a particular contact still has that position.
• Would like to see more info on lesser-known brands, since the big brands often mentioned are already inundated with sales inquiries.

I've used a few different services like Winmo, one of them being seamless. Winmo was a lot easier to use and the information that I gather from Winmo seems to be a lot more accurate and easy to navigate. User experience is a big deal, the easier to find information the better.

• Huge ROI for campaigns with products attached
• Allows us to get our message in front of customers--especially during the COVID pandemic where we were unable to be in person with customers
• Allows us to standardize our ABM marketing efforts across multiple campaigns.

• There has been a positive ROI in terms of list building.
• The ROI has also been positive in terms of competitive research.
• The ROI has been negative in terms of data quality. When the sales team actually starts using the data as-is without putting in some of their own time to clean the data.
