As far as customer service, Ring Central is not even close. Their call attendant is made to get people off the phone. Whereas with Nextiva Business Phone Service, they get you on the line with a real person who is committed to resolving your issues and doesn't just read from …
Nextiva was able to price match us and provide the best customer service for technical setup. Nextiva also stacked up well in terms of service quality and sales responsiveness.
I opted for this service due to the exceptional customer service and onboard experience it offered, and these aspects have been the primary reasons for my continued patronage. The customer service provided has consistently exceeded my expectations and has been instrumental in …
Nextiva understood our primary factor in decision making was financials and they delivered on our request to find the balance between providing our business the features we need while maintaining a TCO that would not break the bank. They stayed connected and on top of the …

Nextiva Business Phone Service continues to be our primary recommendation to customers, based solely on consistent user experience. Pricing does edge out some other providers, but we have found Nextiva Business Phone Service's customer service to be the main deciding factor. …
In my opinion, none of them could match the flexibility and ease of use we have with Nextiva Business Phone Service. Spoke and RingCentral did not measure up to our various needs. With Twilio there is not much that cannot be customized, but it is a much steeper learning curve. …
Nextiva includes fax, local number or toll-free numbers, and call recording. Very useful tools not included in other's basic plans. Conference bridge for few people may be included also in these basic Pro plans from Nextiva
Nextiva's service did not always work. Calls sometimes did not come through or go out. Their customer service team was not quick at solving issues. The app was glitchy and did not always allow you to login. I have never had an issue like this with RingEX.
In my experience, Ring Central is hands down a better platform than the other VoiP companies I have used. Clear calls, functionality, level of fine tuning, that other companies do not have, is appreciated.
Many of the features are the same but I feel that RC makes it more user friendly for configuration and work. We have also not seen the cost increases with RingCentral that we saw with the other providers
RingEX continues to outperform the competition in features, security, and reliability. Every time we evaluate and test drive other services we find that they don't compare in some significant way with RingEX. That we have been a client since their first 18 months of operation …
Besides RingEX we used Google Voice and evaluated Nextiva and Grasshopper. Google Voice is pretty convenient and affordable, but RingEX, Nextiva and Grasshopper offer much more capabilities for businesses. Between Nextiva, Grasshopper and RingEX, we chose RingEX because Nextiva …
I looked at Grasshopper and Nextiva, plus options from AT&T. RingEX combined the combination of value and features that I was looking for in a provider. The feature set RingEX offers along with the mobile app made them the clear choice for my needs. Again RingEX was a perfect …
We have had great service with Nextiva Business Phone Service and it is reliable and reasonably priced for the offered features. User Friendly and minimal issues. We are able to control most of the set up for new users and or new phones when needed. Only would like to see the app - Nextiva One be enhanced with more features than it currently has.
RingCentral is generally good for business calls, as its mobile features, combined with landline office options, are great for communication on the go. It is also an affordable option to have a mobile cellular device if you have a lot of staff. Setup especially for multilevel authorization can be a hassle but it works well if well set up, you would have to get help in rectifying this if not calls might be redirected to the wrong extensions and changing it is not very straight forward.
Sprinklr Service has always been well-suited for all of the work we do. As it's all social media content, and most require responses or escalations, Sprinklr Service covers all of that. The only time I think we wouldn't need it is if we were working with a much smaller client who didn't need us to have eyes on so many platforms at once.

The reporting options are fantastic.
We've integrated a chatbot seamlessly with Sprinklr modern care so our team members can pick up a conversation if our bot isn't able to provide an answer.
The use of two apps when you're a supervisor. We have to use Unity and the Nextiva app instead of one app. It can be cumbersome.
Better integration with CRM's. We use Zendesk and it works ok as it does pull up customer records if we have their phone number on file. But it would be better if we could have more functionality from one place and have it write to the CRM directly.
Accept higher quality audio for greeting recordings. We had to trim the file size down several times losing a lot of audio quality in the process. Mono is fine since callers will only need to hear the one channel. But the Hz limit and file size limit were rough.
We can use the RingEx in our Mobile to use for Basic calls and messages, but sometimes the mobile application lags or disconnects while using video calls or screen sharing.
we can easily configure in our laptops.
The Meeting recording option is really helpful for our organization
I find it difficult to dive into analytics for each social post. The reporting tool gives me an overview of the channels but I would love to look at a breakdown of each post performance.
You currently can't add closed caption subtitles to videos uploaded through Sprinklr so this results in having to revert to the native platform.
I would love to be able to set up a newsfeed that includes posts from a number of our partner accounts, so I can keep up to date with what they're posting.
Its user friendly, easy to use and has been very reliable. We have nothing but good things to say about our service with Nextiva Business Phone Service. When needed their support team has always resolved any and all issues one way or another. They have been helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The features vs the cost is wonderful compared to other service providers.
We are grandfathered into our unlimited toll-free minutes plan. We are very unlikely to switch because of that. It has been the major factor saving us a lot of money compared to switching to other solutions. I don't know any other company that still offers these unlimited plans.
The biggest reason we renewed, and kept up with Sprinklr Modern Care is because it is an active community and there is customer buy-in already. They continue to update and improve the product, but more importantly, the customers are using it. It's easy to switch products when it's not an active component in your daily structure, but switching and migrating the data or providing alternatives becomes difficult when customers have grown accustomed to a specific experience. As long as they continue to improve the available features and the community stays active, renewed use will continue.
The call flow aspect takes some getting used to, and we have to edit and compress our recordings to update them in the flow. Otherwise, it’s super easy to edit office hours and access the portal through the desktop and phone applications. You just log in, and you can see your calls, texts, and voicemails. Love the voice-to-text features.
They were working on updating a few of the modules while we were going live, so this made usability difficult to train on once they did go live with those changes. Now that the changes are in place, we have really enjoyed the usability of the platform
I've spent year designing products so I'm a tough judge when it comes to other solutions. It's clear that Sprinklr Modern Care was designed for the average online consumer with a very user friendly interface. They have made improvements to the admin tools to make that area of the product easier to use as well.
RingEx is reliable I have not had any issues as of yet. I use both plants we have, and the service is fair to good. The service as a whole is solid and a great method to get in contact with anyone. I know the service also involves Wi-Fi and cellular service, or, in other words, how good your signal is.
No issues with system availability. They manage updates in off-peak hours and I usually don't notice the changes until I log into the system the next day.
Occasional bandwith issues. In addition to this, I have one individual whose calls are blocked. We were not able to determine whether this was a RingEX or a carrier issue.
Performance is great and is not negatively effecting our processes. We have to make sure it doesn't effect out load times. Not currently seeing any issues with widgets affecting page load times.
Support is great. We usually get someone on the phone; they answer our questions and help us with our issues. They are responsive when we call, and there is also a wealth of information on their online help center, which will typically answer our question or send us in the right direction.
Call-in support is fantastic. I have never called in and had it taken more than 30 minutes to resolve our issue. Email support is terrible. You will likely go 24+ hours until you hear back and the response is likely a canned one. I personally prefer the email or chat support option, but find myself calling instead because the email support experience is so poor.
I know the Sprinklr conference calls have been helpful, but sometimes submitting a ticket can be a little daunting. In the past, we've included information in screenshots that are then asked for by a member of the support staff. The turnaround time has been between 3 days, which isn't horrible.
No was done by Agency Owner and was done with the help of Nextiva Support and Sales team. Went very well and has been working great since then. Was originally only two phones and then we continue to add to that. We did not have any reported issues and was a great experience for our Agency and Small Business.
If someone has an existing system I tell them to keep that running initially and keep RingEX separate initially until the system is configured and tested to one's satisfaction. After testing and configuration is completed, then roll over the main phone numbers to the new RingEX system. I've seen one person who immediately flipped over to RingEX without properly configuring/testing the software and had many issues with missed customer calls until I helped him sort out his configuration.
Basic setup took me less than 30 minutes. This includes initial configuration, putting in the initial content, and getting the look-and-feel customized. The domain routing took the normal lag time any other website or blogging service. The really important thing was to get the user accounts setup and begin seeding the system with content before a public launch.
We switched for better uptime, ease of use, and better tech support and got all that from Nextiva. We were constantly losing connection with our previous provider, a package service for internet and phone. The web portal is much easier to use, and the call center offers many more features.
We switched from GoTo's platform with pieces of Teams. At that time, the complexity and difficulty of integrating all of the features and connecting them to get a simple platform that was stable and easy to train weren't available elsewhere.
First, we had a social studio which was good in terms of functionalities but slow. After that, we had the chance to use Talkwalker & social bakers which were good tools yet not enough compares to Sprinklr
We have 75 users and 85 phones on the system and have yet to have any noticeable outages. The system just works all of the time without issues. Our old VOIP system on Voyant would go out all the time for multiple hours. RingEX is much more stable and reliable.
ROI - we are saving money, a lot of money, and we have a MUCH better phone system
Consolidation - we migrated 6 different phone systems in 6 different counties into one, and it's been wonderful!
Management - managing this system is so much better than Mitel, Panasonic, and any other system I have used. We are able to assign rights to certain staff to also make changes, and it's user friendly and almost fool proof.
Enhanced patient accountability, we can track all calls - incoming and outgoing - patients tend to state that they called and left a message, but they either never called or did not leave a message. With RingEX, we can track whether they really did. It saves us quite a bit of time and aggravation.
Faxing is more accurate and usually very quick. Because it's accurate, it saves us time with phone calls about faxes we never received and having to refax items. Also, faxing via the system instead of printing and scanning is a time-saver.
Increased employee efficiency: Having a clear, one-stop "shop" where users can leave feedback, ask questions, and find bug fixes or workarounds has saved me (and other community managers at my company) loads of time that was once spent responding to numerous emails on an individual basis.
Better customer service: Since everyone in the company is alerted of what's being written on our forum, it's easy to spot a high-priority issue, delegate to the person in charge, resolve it, and respond as soon as possible.
