Likelihood to Recommend The software is really good for managing inputs and inventory as well as maintaining traceability. The "track picking moves" functionality lets you look into a specific lot or serial numbers and view all the product moves that occurred with that lot. However, some navigation is not intuitive. For example, if I click on an item in the BoM of an assembly, then click the back button to go back to the assembly, the site goes all the way back to the home screen. Some of these quirks mean that there is a learning curve for the software, but overall the tracking is very good.
Read full review We believe that our employees’ personal growth is key to our business success. They are passionate experts who are eager to grow as professionals and share their knowledge. We were looking for a solution that would help us support their thought leadership and personal branding efforts. Smarp was the answer — a place where our employees could start engaging conversations around the company’s milestones and the latest industry news. For us, it is extremely important to encourage our employees to share their stories and what it’s like to work at Swarovski in their own words. We didn’t want to limit our communication efforts to the messages we share through the official Swarovski communication channels. As mentioned earlier, one of our top priorities at Swarovski is to empower our employees and support their personal growth. It is important for us to enable them to contribute to the development of our employer brand. We wanted to make sure that the content our employees receive in their personal news feeds resonates with their expertise and interest. By offering a wide range of topics and letting our employees decide which ones they want to follow, we make sure that we share the right content with them — the content they want to consume

Read full review Pros Ignore requests for support continue to collect money from users through micro-charges; apps, supports, etc. Offer no support when they do finally respond, saying that it's the app developer's duty. Creates a system that forces people that are good with software systems to pay for support Read full review Ease of use Ease of setup Channel segmentation Detailed analytics Read full review Cons Community version is sometimes hard to maintain, needs some on-premise knowledge (IT) or having business with an Odoo partner that is sometimes expensive and unreliable. Enterprise version is as expensive as other ERP in the market. Reporting is horrible, not a lot of possibility to integrate seamlessly with a third party BI platform. Read full review Usability I would give it an average rating despite being easy to use, but the user interface is very poor and not intuitive at all which makes the whole experience not that good. Also, the system is not mobile friendly at all which is annoying if you want to check something on the go.

Read full review Support Rating Easy - there is NO SUPPORT (like in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!). Even for legally mandatory requirements where the system MUST work, they will gladly take a month to get back to you with a NON-answer. We couldn't even get our bank statements correctly into Odoo for 2 months - leading to no reconciliation and the company accounts were a mess (still are!!) as a result - Completely irresponsible. Have not EVEN had an apology from Odoo - they couldn't care less !!

Read full review Alternatives Considered I selected Odoo because it is all in the cloud online and it is very easy to conect from everywhere, but then it did nos suit what we wanted in other fields and the service was poor,so we deceided to cancel the contract, but never get our money back since november 2020.
Read full review Smarp is a cheaper and easier solution to implement than
Sociabble .
Sociabble provides a more robust and customizable platform that can be more tailored to your team but can be significantly harder for teams to adopt. Since one of the primary reasons we utilize Smarp is to make social sharing easy for users who would otherwise not do so, ease of adoption is a critical differentiator in Smarp’s favor. However, there are certainly use cases where a more robust platform like
Sociabble would make more sense for a company.
