SysAid Copilot is available as an add-on for any plan. It bakes generative AI into every aspect of service management.
We only had a ticketing system that lacked operational visibility. Some company locations in other countries were using Excel files to document tickets. In short, we went from a ticketing system to a complete ITSM solution with centralized administration but with users around …
SysAid Asset Management and Ticketing offers superior functionality and advantages over Spiceworks IT Management. With SysAid, organizations benefit from comprehensive asset tracking and management capabilities, enabling efficient monitoring of hardware, software, and other IT …
Unlike autotask, SysAid is open to small companies which allowed us to use professional ticketing tools that we would've otherwise not had access to. SysAid has also worked with us professionally on a one-to-one basis with annual meetings and pop-up discussions. You can get a …
SysAid is able to be deployed throughout company without having to be in front of a PC to install its agent. We were unable to do this with Spiceworks and we are not sure how to get support from Spiceworks to solve this issue. SysAid interface is easier to use and more user …
Both assets management and ticket system integrated and a pc agent. Most systems do not have both. Some other products do not support SSO with AzureAD. Kaseya does have VSA and BMS (Vorex) - those systems work separately. It is possible to connect both but this did not work for …
We were using the built-in functionally on SysAid, but it was always a challenge as it relied on an agent being deployed to the target workstation, whereas with TeamViewer, you can just send the user a link to download and run the custom client, and immediately see them on the …
Screen sharing in Zoom is not very good, as we faced a screen blackout issue during remote control, but Team Viewer provides a better environment for remote control. It is easy to access other computers by using a key, and it provides many things during meetings, increasing …
We have to use one or the other access software depending on our client. However, if available, we prefer TeamViewer, as it provides more control and easy access.
This tool's security is astounding, and it offers two-factor authentication to protect the data. Additionally, the recording options enable us to record meetings in high definition and share them directly from the dashboard. It is a lightweight tool that can be quickly set up …
TeamViewer is much easier to use than Zoom. It has just enough features and is simple to install. It really works well for those that are not computer savvy.
Really the closest thing is Zoom. Zoom doesn't have nearly the level of security of TeamViewer, and generally, all of Zoom's features were lower quality. Worse screen-share/remote control, file sharing was not secure, poor audio quality. It was generally just unattractive …
TeamViewer is better than RDS because of the way it handles the video. At the core, they are both remote control applications. However the method for implementation is quite different. RDS gives you 90% experience of physically being at the terminal but TeamViewer gives you …
We are investigating the use of Microsoft Teams We currently use Zoom and find that most higher education institutions are on this platform as well so that helps with usage and understanding of the program
Reliability and constant connection was what set it apart. I dont even think it has any direct competitor since none of the other tools I used had the option to leave the software running and maintain a constant connection.
Skype for Business is perfect for calls and chat, but TeamViewer is better for remote control access. Zoom is great for conference calls, especially if you have less internet bandwidth or a less powerful computer. Zoom is light weight compare to TeamViewer but doesn't have as …
Used different products like TeamViewer. TeamViewer is free and a lot of end users know about installing the software as it is easy to install. Other products like Zoom have higher payment plans for purchasing and less number of users are supported with respect to TeamViewer. …
Originally TeamViewer had great technology and a good price. What drew me to it was that it was cheaper than LogMeIn Rescue and you could purchase a perpetual license. It soon became clear that they broke functionality between older and new versions. If you plan on only …
Teamviewer provides an easy to install and configure solution that is much easier to deploy than its competitor ScreeConnect. Pricing is competitive and support has been excellent. Teamviewer has been in the space longer than must companies and has the experience to provide a …
I have used TightVNC, Jump, and RDP for remote access and Zoom and WebEx for screensharing. All of them have relatively complicated setup and require quite a bit of preparation on both ends. I definitely prefer team viewer for remote access and screen sharing, but it lacks …
I've used a few different screen sharing and conference tools and each of them have their strengths and weaknesses. I would say that TeamViewer holds its own when using it as a remote management system. Other tools either cost more or don't have the same functionality, or …
Zoom is amazing for video calls and conference calls and is very lightweight. Slack is better when it comes to chatting but in my opinion, Zoom is better with calls. Skype might be cheaper but I think you get more value from Zoom. Screenshare is big on TeamViewer but Zoom can …
Zoom is definitely better than Skype. It stacks very well with TeamViewer and LogMeIn Rescue when it comes to actual online meeting and controlling the remote systems. It is better than TeamViewer as it does not require any purchase or full application installation by the …
TeamViewer is sloppy, and its SSO sign-in is faulty. I am so glad the company steered towards Zoom for all communications.

Zoom is lightweight and easy to use with external users across multiple ecosystems. Easy to share and integrate with meetings and standard business practices make Zoom a go-to solution for collaboration with IT and Marketing teams. Other systems are clunky and resource hungry, …
Zoom is an amalgamation of video conferencing + remote access software. You do not need to install two software for one task. Remote conferencing can be done while the Video conferencing is ongoing.
The main reason we choose Zoom over Slack was due to the screen sharing. At the time this was not offered by Slack. However, currently Slack offers screen sharing but we have decided to continue using Zoom for its ease of use and ability to screen share with many attendees.
In our case, SysAid helps us manage all company incidents, as well as automatically handle onboarding and offboarding processes through rules. It also keeps us up-to-date on asset monitoring and software and operating system updates. Furthermore, thanks to its integration with Azure, it helps us effectively manage our Active Directory in the cloud. Currently, we are working extensively on feeding data to our internal chatbot and the environment's data pool to further facilitate incident resolution. These recurring processes allow the IT team to focus solely on the most critical incidents, freeing up more time for new tasks and projects. Ultimately, SysAid greatly simplifies the daily work of both end users and IT administrators. I think it works well for IT management and help desk support of end users. I find it very useful to help users and send files to their desktop. Remote Workers still run into some problems with MFA and updates, both to the TV Host app and OS updates. However, it does give us secure direct access without the need of a VPN.
The features of Zoom workplace is great but one thing they can work on if their costing I feel that's where people opt for other available tool in the market because those are cost effective where as zoom workplace fall on little higher range but even the features they have is really good like after a meeting is done their AI generates an automatic summary of what happened on call which becomes very handy to send MOM to the client.
Help Desk Ticketing works well and integrates easily with e-mail. IT staff is immediately notified when a new ticket is created.
Device management and inventory is easily tracked within SysAid. A full report is easily generated for a device detailing hardware and software specifics.
SysAid Copilot AI is phenomenal. It has been designed with the end user in mind. The user can speak to the prompt in natural language and expect a custom response according to their incident or service needs.
Audio quality of phone calls is spot on. Calls are clear and crisp.
Video quality of video meetings are clear and there aren't any pixelization artifacts that some systems can have.
Having AI summaries have been life changing for us. We no longer have to concentrate on note taking, like we did in the past. The summaries are accurate and enable us to put our efforts in the meeting or conversation. Plus, we can save them into our practice management system as required.
The Help tool could use some refining. Particularly indicating the order in which steps must be done. A clear example is the creation of customized fields or lists.
Formatting of the ticket. There is no possibility to create dynamic tables, use more than one column. I would want to have more flexibility without having to pay for Professional Services
With an iPad, you can't take control of the device, so you have to tell someone what to do. Which can be a challenge because the end user doesn't know what to do
With the free version of TeamViewer you cant enter Admin credentials because TeamViewer blocks the windows to fill in the credentials
The free version can be really limited which can be putting off people because they don't see the full potential of TeamViewer
This rating reflects our overall satisfaction with the platform’s performance, reliability, and flexibility in meeting our IT service management needs. SysAid has streamlined our ticketing processes, enhanced asset management, and improved operational efficiency through automation and reporting. The system’s adaptability across multiple departments has added significant value beyond IT. An excellent service tool.
We need this tool in our day to day business. It is what we do all day remoting into clients devices. In this day and age we can access devices all over the world as long as we have secure internet connection. It certainly saves money in gas, and even if you are away you can help.
We're sticking with Zoom for the foreseeable future--given its compelling feature set, ease of use, and advanced technology, there's just no other competition to be excited about. Plus it's a Gartner-recognized industry leader, so it's a rather easy choice.
Whilst it delivers on most of the features it comes with, I feel Change Management needs a complete re-do as it is really complicated, and think it should be made to be straightforward. For the free services of their Market Place, they should develop a platform where one can just browse for the script (downloaded) and apply the patch, without having to go into various places in code to activate the service. or at least, build the integrations into the system and have [a] section under settings, or even straight from the Market Place, where one can just enable the service, and if required, be prompted to input additional information, including credentials.
TeamViewer is a reliable and really strong tool for accessing remote IT platforms secure and fast. We don't know any product that provide us such strong functionality to make our life as a internationally recognized MES provider with DIAMES with an international clientele so easy. We look forward for any new TeamViewer functionality that supports us even more.
Zoom is made for the non tech office. It has features that can be made to do what you need to run things on a day to day basis. Immediately we we able to get meetings going with remote employees. The ability to be able to add smartphone connected people was a big plus. Zoom met our needs at the time.
Another of the benefits of sysaid is that it is highly available when working in on-premise environments. The only times the system is down is when a restart of the services is required to add a new feature. Apart from that, we have not had any problems. In the case of the cloud, the only condition I have seen where sysaid is not available is because the internet link is down or damaged.
There have been less than a handful of outages during our two years with Zoom, and whenever there was one, an email informing us of the outage went out immediately, and they had the issue resolved shortly thereafter.
In the case of system performance, I have seen that no matter the number of assets and users, Sysaid responds in the same way and at the same speed. The reports that are scheduled do not have any details because they arrive directly to your email. In the same way, when it is integrated with other systems, for example through the API or by email, we have not seen any failure due to the integration. It works very well with or without integrations.
Zoom has among the best performance of any video conference platform, as I've mentioned several times. Besides that, their Chat platform works great, and their back end always runs smooth. It's unfortunate that reporting can now only be done by one month at a time, but nonetheless, it only takes a second to run any kind of Zoom report, whether it's an attendee report, Poll results, a user report, a list of meetings from the past month, etc.
SysAid support is fast and effective. They support their own product, so they know it well. I can expect a response to my request in less than 24 hours and often in less than an hour. Their sales, customer support, and technical support staff are experts in the area of the support request ticket, so we seldom are transferred to another support agent. Their system is well designed and one of the best of all the applications we use.
the few times i have had to contact teamviewer support, they were very responsive and give me quick answers and seemed to understand my problems quickly and easily. I did not have to sit on the phone for hours on hold or get passed around to multiple phone support techs before finding a solution to my issues, so i would rate their support very highly.
Because I got a response right away, and was assigned one specific individual to work with me from the beginning to the resolution. I had an actual email address and direct contact with this person without having to start over and over every time I contacted Zoom - this singular individual remained attentive and was well informed on the subject matter and quite able to resolve my needs.
My team was greatly assisted and trained well. Despite the time zone difference the trainer made every effort to be available during times that were suitable for us and the assistance and help offered was extremely appreciated by my team. A wonderful experience by the team.
As expected without any problem! Alternate in-person training is another efficient way to learn how a product works. There are many third party supporters for TeamViewer courses available that can give additional ideas how to use TeamViewer for specific functions and features as we did require in respect of our usage.
The training I received was very good, they gave me tasks to carry out and then they checked what I had done.It was gratifying that the instructor noticed that I had made very fast progress because I had done the implementation myself and it was very fast. At least I remember that after 5 days I had already finished almost 90% of all the implementation tasks.
I have never used the online training either. I have watched a few informational videos that were helpful when learning how to do a specific procedure within TeamViewer and get the most out of the software by utilizing one of the many features that are available with the software. Again, 5 if for neutral.
It is recommended that it be synchronized with the active directory for a better experience, also using the network scanning tools are very useful both to maintain your hardware and software inventory. See all the documentation found on the portal where they suggest good practices for the use of SysAid and exploit it from the first time
TeamViewer installation and deployment to other devices is pretty straightforward and does not require much technical know-how. This makes ease of use attractive when supporting both new and existing clients with limited technical knowledge. I think ease of use is a huge factor in getting new clients. TeamViewer handles that extremely well.
If you receive any pushback from higher ups, point to any of the various positive reviews like this one. Or show Zoom's excellent Gartner report, or articles describing Zoom's partnership with Sequoia capital. It's not difficult to show how Zoom is a trustworthy industry leader with best-in-class technology.
There are many items offered on the other platforms that SysAid does not have. However, for a smaller or medium-sized business that needs a simple and easy way to get tickets flowing and allow users to help themselves, this is an excellent way to start.
TeamViewer's cost is much lower than that of other solutions, and its security is far superior to RemotePC's. TeamViewer is also a request-based remote session manager, unlike other software that allows indefinite connection time. TeamViewer's free version makes it even better for one end of the group to find support, while the other end has the paid version.
Zoom Workplace is typically on the more expensive end against other options, but it's the industry leader for a reason. It has the most brand credibility by far, but that doesn't mean it's perfect. There are limitations when it comes to technical performance, customization and video/audio quality. I prefer Slack myself for communication apps, but Zoom Workplace is a good alternative.
When we purchase it, the plans were different and mainly we acquired lifetime licenses. in the past year, we migrated to the cloud version. In both cases, the pricing structure was accurate, although they could provide some extra flexibility to pay for exactly what we need in the business.
The billing and price model is really fair for so many functions that they offer, our remote work requires each of the features that Zoom offers, so accepting payment for a tool like this is the least we can do. I like that billing arrives on time and that they offer opportunities and payment times.
Because the Basic licenses are completely free, and because it's very easy to configure and install Zoom, and because anyone can join Zoom from a link without needing an account, scaling is a Breeze. There are absolutely no roadblocks. My company keeps adding more Zoom Pro license every week since it's so in demand. We were able to convert users from several different platforms onto Zoom with no trouble at all.
We have used SysAid since 2008. Through out these years, we find that SysAid support is very helpful and professional. The respond that we get is very fast and they will help us until we have solved our problem that we reported to them. So far, we are very happy with SysAid support.
Zoom is perfect for our business. We use it to video chat with prospective clients. The name recognition alone gives us credibility and it is very easy to screen share and send content out.
