If your userbase is small. Want to set up and start using the system quickly, then go for Wati.io. Easy setup, integration with google sheets, chrome extension, Zapier, Woo-Commerce, an option of the no-code chatbot, etc. will ease up too much work. Pricing-wise, it's costlier than other tools. Also, it's for WhatsApp only. IF you want to do the same with Instagram or Facebook, or LinkedIn, then it will not be possible on Wati.io.

Is a cost-effective platform that will help you to have a better communication with your customers and users. Easy to integrate with most common platforms with key reporting features if you care for customer experience. In terms of compliance, does a great job on the ability to check customer data and where is stored, for GDPR this was a key feature.
