Support is generally responsive and thorough. However, it would be ideal if there was closer integration with support options within the Wombat platform. Currently, all support (FAQs, KB, tickets, etc.) resides in a separate "Community" that cannot be logged into separately but can only be launched when logged into the Security Awareness Platform.

Because I believe that they are responsive and able to help with any issues that might come up. They are not afraid to get their hands dirty when it comes to creating new things within the security education dashboard and are always open to suggestions from their clients. I would recommend them for any company who is looking to measure their cyber-security awareness.

The staff at Proofpoint has been very accommodating and professional. Every time I have had to reach out, they respond quickly and with an actionable response. I don't ever mind waiting for a response but I don't like waiting and not being given any information. If I have to wait for an answer, the staff has always been as transparent as possible.

The support team has been extremely helpful flexible in helping us design a two year execution plan, as well as providing assistance in setting up integration between our Active Directory system and the user list in Proofpoint Security Awareness Training in order to keep our user list accurate and up to date. I have nothing but good things to say about their support staff.

Top notch support from our account rep (although we are in different time zones, we haven't had concerns with getting issues dealt with in a timely fashion.) Extremely responsive to all queries and has been able to accommodate quick turnarounds on deliverables when required.
My only complaint would be with the Team responsible for updating the modules and the speed (or lack thereof) of new releases/updates.

As noted before we were left to contacting support, watching videos, or reading documentation to get the product up and running. A more active CSM would of been of great help. Someone who could actively walk us through and help get things set up.

The support is exceptional, whether I have a question about the product or need help setting up a back end sync they are quick to respond and always helpful. I am very satisfied with the help that I receive and they are quick to respond if you open a ticket.

The is one of the strongest positives, in my opinion. We had a very difficult time figuring out where we were getting false "opens" of the phishing emails. I was on a call with support for less than 10 minutes before they knew exactly what was going on and how we could fix it. I cannot stress enough how good their support was.

My customer support is very efficient, even if he is located on another time zone. I always had quick responses to my answers, in less than 24 hours. He really helped me to get started with the platform, and to understand how to configure my campaigns and was always available to answer all my questions. When he didn't have the information himself, he took the time to ask a technical resource and put me in contact with them if it was necessary so that I could address my problem.

They have always answered any questions I have in a timely manner, they are also willing to schedule meetings to walk you through any new pieces you may need to implement or are having trouble configuring. This helps out if your IT team is a smaller size or your Wombat champion is busy with other business processes where they may not be able to dedicate as much time as they would like to spend on Wombat.

Proofpoint support has always been above average. A lot of companies provide a customer service manager for your account but few have proved as connected as Proofpoint. The CSM was able to give us a good start with the product and checked in periodically. I found them always helpful with any questions and very knowledgeable about the platform.

With customer support, it has always been a pleasant experience. From on boarding at the beginning, to user management, to staying up to date with everything that is happening, I have always had quick and timely responses. One of the reasons that we decided to stay with Proofpoint was because of how easy the support process has been.
