We use SignNow for communication with parents of students where their signature is required. We used to send paper permission slips home and had difficulty getting them back, or they were probably forgeries by students just seeking a quicker time to turn the form in. With SignNow we're able to directly email just parents. I use sign now for a variety of documents. It is a very intuitive program to use. Mainly used for documents but the templates for NDA is easy to deploy and people find it very easy to sign documents without any problems. There are a lot of features that are easy to use. It saves email addresses, allows you to make templates which are very helpful since it expedites use on a larger scale.

It is relatively easier to confirgure and use then other software in the market, usability of the solutions is also great !

An outstanding e-signature application with a simple user interface is SignNow. It's really easy to use and makes uploading and downloading documents go more quickly. Additionally, it's simple to add new fields, signatures, or other fields to the documents. It was great to use! I strongly recommend using it!

In contractual agreements, we would use SignNow for our documents. We would use the software multiple times a day. Inserting our signature previously was leading to issues until we integrated with the API. Drag and drop was helpful. It made our pipeline easier and became something we didn't have to think much about.

We compared it with DocuSign, Panda and Adobe and this is by far the easiest to use, the platform is super clear and direct, no-nonsense and very intuitive. SignNow was a way for us to securely send and receive documents internally and to customers. We were able to create templates that were consistent and repeatable in order to be aligned on how we communicate customer facing documents. Once sent, we had an audit trail that would notify us when a document was opened, viewed, and signed which helped optimize our workflow and decrease inefficiencies.

We use SignNow for remote signing employees, client onboarding, and other documents and paperwork. The business isn't and cannot go completely paperless, but facilitating quick transmission of documents for signature and counter-signature for people outside of the organization is essential. SignNow currently integrates with PDFfiller which allows uploading and modifying of documentation that's already been drafted and creation of templates. Editing a template and migrating it over to SignNow for sending out and signing is a frequent step when taking on new staff and clients. It's important to note we've only used competitors as end-user, so there may be aspects that other products do better. SignNow doesn't have the same footprint as far as recognizability as Docusign, in my opinion. I don't know if that means Docusign is better.
