Best software for managing tasks!
- The Kanban boards work like a charm.
- The butler automation make it easier to save time.
- The design is clean and the projects don't look messy.
- A filter for each user on the cards that they've been tagged could've been helpful.
- Customization of boards.
Pick a card, any card

- Each task is easily separated into cards and each card can drill down into a checklist of subtasks to complete the main task.

Visualize your projects and checklist with a software that is easy to setup and start using immediately!
- Trello was easily laid out in visual boards, similar to Pinterest.
- It was easy to create checklist within a project.
- It was easy to tag another team member to a project board.
- Too many boards made it difficult to locate tasks quickly.
- I found myself spending too much time looking for information when trying to reference something within a project.
- The look and feel of the product appeared less professional than other project management software that I have used.
Great for project management
- Easy to use and navigate; drag and drop features are very helpful
- Allows for easy collaboration
- Makes keeping track of projects completed easy (very helpful for mid-year and year end reviews)
- While it's easy to move things around, the general structure is rigid - projects are contained in columns which can make more complex projects more difficult to visualize
- Visually represent project workflow status.
- Track tasks that need to be completed along with the people assigned to complete those tasks.
- So easy to use and accessible that compliance is high.
- Yet another cloud service with a subscription, and login to manage for users
- Does provide easy executive reporting
- Trello was the best for that; it is easy to use, its user interface is attractive.
- Simple to keep track of items in an organized way, and its customization becomes fast for everyone's taste, making everything practical.
- We work in an orderly manner, we have been able to move forward both collectively and individually to meet the activities that our projects demand.
- I can't think of anything I dislike about Trello. However, I would like it to be a little more flexible to design customizations.
- Aggregating disparate pieces in one place for a central source of truth.
- Making transparency and accountability effortless.
- Encouraging collaboration by making it seamless.
- More control over notifications and email digests for managers to customize reports and keep a pulse on large teams with lots of moving pieces. Constant notifications and the digest emails aren't great options so I turn them all off and have to look manually.
- Would love more beneficial integrations to speed up getting things into Trello to begin with. The Outlook add-on is great but very glitchy, and requires a few extra steps to assign it to an individual so tickets sometimes get lost.
- The recurring ticket features are kinda sucky. They just don't quite work as expected, they're hard to adjust the originals or cancel entirely and keep popping up so it has discouraged my team from wanting to use it.
- Collaborative projects with multiple people, pieces, and phases.
- Transparency and accountability across a dispersed team with dozens of clients.
- General infrastructure for a shared services team.
- Simplifying complexity to increase productivity.
- Long-term storage of information.
- Syncing across boards/queues without a bunch of add-ons and extra expenses (like Unito).
- Sadly, not well-suited to integrating seamlessly with Outlook, Confluence, and other related tools yet.

Best Task Management Software!
- Manage "To Do's"
- Keep Track of Lists
- Ease of use when moving cards and changing up tasks
- Free version can be limited for a larger group, so you may need to upgrade to the paid version
- Great for smaller tasks, but can be cumbersome for larger tasks
Very good for personal use, not 100% sure if best for Enterprise
- Graphically pleasing.
- Easy to work with, easy to understand.
- Sharing is easy.
- I don't like the pricing on the version that has AD-integration. It is way too much.
- Prioritizing tasks, using colour codes.
- Drag and drop interface to move tasks along the progress funnel.
- Integration with third party softwares to automate notifications to select employees.
- Further integration with de-bugging tools for our dev team
- Ability to notify certain employees for tasks that pertain to them only to remove clutter

- Further customizing features
- Boards management customization
Trello for all your project management needs
- Collaboration - Trello makes it very easy to track what everyone is doing, has gotten done, and still has to get done. Everything for everyone is displayed clearly in the same place.
- Customization - Trello offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to customizing the dashboard to fit the team's needs. All sorts of colors, shapes, icons, tags, labels, and different list types are available
- Filters - When it comes to searching, there's plenty of available filters that use the labels and tags that you can use to help speed up your searches within your dashboard.
- Kanban boards - Not that there's anything wrong with Kanban boards, but Trello is limited to them, whereas other alternatives offer different views you can use.
- No calendar support - Trello doesn't natively offer support for calendar integration, while other options do.
- Limited to simple descriptions - If you're hoping to write detailed documents on your board for your different tasks, Trello may not be the best option as you're limited to shorter descriptions.
Managing My Daily Tasks Has Never Been This Easy
- Tagging the task with colors or patterns helps keep tasks separated from each other.
- Archive the projects or tasks, make them available anytime you would like to get them.
- It is totally online and supports cross-platforms which helps you use it anywhere.
- It is really an easy tool to get familiar with.
- Having too many tasks on the project makes it hard to manage.
- When you set time for tasks it notifies you back, that would be nice to have a Gantt chart in order to see the whole project in landscape mode.
- While sending mail or sharing the task I would like to set a template for how the tasks appear while sharing.
- Some auto rules can be implemented which can be managed from a dashboard, like if this happens then make something like that.
