Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

I use Quickbooks Desktop to keep track of all revenue and expenses for our company. I also pay invoices through this program.
  • The system has always been reliable.
  • The customer support online is very helpful.
  • The report selections fit the needs of our company.
  • I would like to see more integration with some of our other programs.
  • Being able to track our revenue on a daily basis from anywhere is essential for business owners and this has been a positive experience using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
  • The reports module allows us to track our expenses daily and comparatively from previous years has allowed us to identify areas in which we can cut expenses.
  • Another positive impact from this program is that the tools given for businesses are most helpful such as online support.
Our company has grown exponentially and QuickBooks has grown with us over the past 5 years. QuickBooks has been innovative by adding new tools and tracking measures so we can pinpoint where we are growing. The dashboard and graphs have been updated numerous times and the improvements are always a help to us as the client.
The setup, training, and ease of use of the program was a breeze. The only difficulties we have had were internal and when we realized that we were not using all of the system capabilities we learned more about the tools and new programs. Once we added them we were able to streamline for more efficiency in our reports.
The bill pay-tracking was super helpful to us. Also, being able to see the upgrades in the daily dashboard was a quick way to see how the month was going to look in a snapshot. The integration with our banks is a timesaver for us and the report selections have made it easy for our CPA to access what he needs.
I evaluated numerous programs such as Sage, NetSuite, Canopy, and Allvue. QuickBooks had the best for references and was less expensive than most that I evaluated. Qb has been a leader in the industry for a long time so I felt like it was reliable and trustworthy. I am pleased with my choice to use this program.

Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise allows me to track my company expenses and income which suits my needs. Some of the less appropriate features for me are payroll and invoicing. I have other systems that I use for those services that are discounted by our corporate fellowship with Ortho Florida of which we are members. Otherwise, I am sure these 2 programs would be an option for us.
