Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
Our team all currently work from home offices and use 8x8 via our cells for work calls. I did download the app on my laptop as well. It works fine on the laptop but it cuts out sporadically. On my cellphone, I don't have any issues at all. I call customers daily and exclusively use the 8x8 app. This allows me to answer customer calls anywhere at home without revealing my personal cellphone number.
- Allows me to call and text customers. I appreciate the texting capabilities.
- Offers privacy by utilizing a different phone number so my cell number isn't compromised.
- The app works as accurately and efficiently as a cell phone.
- I'd like the dashboard to be a bit easier to use. It's confusing.
- The 8x8 app has been a completely positive aspect to working from home. No equipment is needed other than my own cellphone.
