Absorb is our LMS platform- our one stop shop for all training & development resources & needs. We leverage the platform to onboard all new hires, provide role clarity training, enhance technical skills through interactive learnings, build engagement tools & resources, and track development and knowledge progress. This program is used across all of our departments and staff.
