I can't think of other products I've used like accuweb hosting.
They do a great job hosting my site for free. Really loved this service. The free service is actually free with no strange strings attached. AccuWeb Hosting is one of the best hosting providers I have ever used. It's cheap in comparison to others and they have all the features you get in other hosting but, here you get the same features at the cheap price.

I have always had someone help on the chat which is greatly appreaciated however I think it is a little redundant that they have chat and ticket support at the same time.
