Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for our email marketing program. It provides us with a reliable way to send clients useful information on a semi-weekly basis. It also allows us to connect with new potential clients.
  • Design. It is attractive and easy to use.
  • Ease of use. The site makes it simple to create whatever you want. It also allows for easy editing and communication.
  • Customer service. The customer service team is excellent. They provide in-depth answers to all questions. They also answer very quickly.
  • One con is learning how to use the platform. It isn't difficult to use but can be overwhelming for an amateur.
  • Cost. The cost isn't absurd but it can add up quickly depending on what you want to do. It is cheaper than other sites but isn't going to break the bank.
  • Function. Some aspects of the site aren't easy to use but aren't too difficult after a few minutes. I would also like there to be more functions and customize options.
  • Reach more clients. ActiveCampaign allows me to reach more customers than ever before. It also makes it easy to reach out to clients and follow up. Which creates a better ROI.
  • More income. We have used the site to gain clients and in turn gain more revenue. This has helped my firm tremendously.
  • More ways to connect. The site allows me to connect with clients like never before. It lists everyone neatly and allows easy communication which clients love.
No experience with similar products.
Perfect for using with ClickFunnels and email services like that. It is useful for personal injury but it would be better suited for businesses that sell products other than services. The overall system is easy to use and the customer service is helpful for all of your needs which will be many.
