Capable and agile

Acumatica allows us to implement processes to insure quality recording. Additionally we are able to track critical data that we use to gain better insight of our opportunities. The WMS module helps us track inventory through the process and the manufacturing module enable us to track all of our material from it's raw state, to the different subassemblies, and finally to the finished good state.

Acumatica has allowed us to provide customers with better estimations in terms and cost and lead time through the use of Bill of Materials, material requirements planning, and the Customer Relation Management modules and how they seamlessly feed data between the three. The data output has been invaluable and standardizing our quoting and giving our customers predictability in a fluctuating market.

It is still being developed, and in my opninion is still an under served aspect of the ERP, but attributes have been crucial in us tracking quality information. This allows us to collect qualitative and quantitative data related to the testing of the material we sell. We can store that information and present in ways that are meaningful to manufacturing and Research & Development.
