Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
We utilize Adobe to - create capital calls, quarterly updates, and other client documents - create and sign organizational documents such as operating agreements, sale and purchase documents, LOIs, etc - send out notices of deal closing and other informational statements.
- Creates clean documents that are either all text or text and photos/logos.
- Certify signatures on documents.
- Fill and sign is extremely easy to use.
- Editing an existing document is fairly easy.
- Adobe will randomly shut down or close unexpectedly.
- Teams are not very useful for small organizations that need multiple signatures in one account.
- Customer service is hard to reach/ long hold times.
- Fill and Sign.
- Edit documents.
- Print Production.
- Certifying signatures.
- Fill and sign has saved us time in editing and executing documents - we don't have to send every document through a signature portal for signatures.
- Capital Calls and other investor-facing documents look like they were created by marketing professionals, though we created them ourselves - so we've saved money in that regard.
- Making simple edits to documents has saved us time from having to recreate entire documents and reports. The ability to choose one word or number to edit without it affecting the entire paragraph is extremely useful.
I've never even thought about an Adobe security breach or what that would look like. So that's a good sign. There's nothing about Adobe that would make me concerned security-wise. It all seems very secure and I've never heard of a breach happening.
